Save the Date Websites

Fully Custom Mini-Sites

Overview

A collection of custom save the date websites designed for couples looking for a more personal alternative to traditional invitations. Each site serves as a fun, interactive way to share wedding details and collect guest addresses for formal invitations.

The goal was to create something that felt unique to each couple while keeping the experience simple, accessible, and easy to navigate on both desktop and mobile.

Process

I started by exploring each couple's style and gathering inspiration from the bride's Pinterest board. From there, I created moodboards to establish the overall visual direction, including color palettes, typography, imagery, and graphic elements.

Rather than building each website from scratch, I developed a reusable template in Readymag that could be customized for different couples. Each version features its own fonts, graphics, and visual details while maintaining the same underlying structure and functionality.

I focused on playful typography, thoughtful layouts, and small design details that made each site feel personal without overcomplicating the experience. Each website was adapted for desktop and mobile, with an emphasis on making the information easy to find and the address collection process as simple as possible for guests.

Results

The final designs are a collection of personalized mini websites that offer a more interactive and memorable way to announce a wedding.

By creating a flexible template, I was able to maintain a consistent, user-friendly experience while giving each couple a distinct visual identity. The result is a repeatable design approach that balances creative freedom with efficiency, making it easy to create something unique for each new project.
