Process
I have created posters for a variety of local. band and music events around San Diego. Here are a few of my favorites.
Results
Sometimes the client knows what they want and send specific inspiration or reference photos, other times they simply tell me the details of the event and I draw inspiration from my own experiences.
I primarily illustrate these posters in Procreate, a digital drawing app on the iPad Pro. Since these drawings are chiefly shared on social channels, I also create time lapse videos to be shared on Instagram Reels.
